PLC Code Conversion

We convert control logic between PLC platforms so you can standardize on a single vendor, replace obsolete hardware, or merge systems after an acquisition — without rewriting your process from scratch.

Our conversion process

  1. 1

    Logic & tag audit

    We reverse-engineer the existing program — ladder logic, function blocks, structured text, HMI tags, and I/O mapping — and document it end to end.

    Cross-platform mapping

    Every rung, timer, counter, and data block is mapped to equivalent instructions on the target platform, preserving naming conventions and comments wherever possible.

  3. 3

    Simulation & bench testing

    Converted logic is validated in simulation and on a bench-mounted PLC/HMI setup before it ever touches your production line.

  4. 4

    On-site cutover

    We coordinate a scheduled cutover window, install and commission the new hardware, and run parallel checks against the original system.

    Documentation handover

    You receive updated logic exports, I/O lists, network diagrams, and an as-built report for your maintenance team.

Predictive Maintenance

We take a phased approach: start with an assessment and a pilot on your highest-risk assets, then scale to full condition monitoring only once the pilot proves out — so your team fixes equipment on their schedule, not the equipment's.

Plant assessment

We start every predictive maintenance engagement with a walkthrough of your critical assets to identify where condition monitoring will have the most impact before any hardware is installed.

Pilot monitoring

A small set of high-risk assets (motors, pumps, gearboxes) get instrumented first — vibration, thermal, or oil analysis — so you can see real results before committing to a plant-wide rollout.

Vibration analysis

Accelerometers on rotating equipment (motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes) detect bearing wear, imbalance, and misalignment long before failure.

Thermal imaging & sensors

Continuous or periodic thermal monitoring flags overheating in motors, electrical panels, and bearings.

Dashboards & alerting

Maintenance teams get dashboards and alerts (email, SMS, or integration with your CMMS) tied to the specific thresholds that matter for each asset.

Scaling to full coverage

Once a pilot proves out, we help you expand to broader IIoT sensor coverage and, where the data supports it, ML-based failure prediction across the plant.
